Application Period

The online application is closed at this time.

• The spring application period is from July 15 – September 17

How to Apply Online

During the active application period you will see the "Covenant School of Nursing" application. Click the link and begin your application. If you cannot finish the application you can save and close. In order to finish the application, please go back to http://covn.empower-xl.com and click the "Continue Application" tab. Type in the login information that was emailed to you when you saved your application previously. You will see the overview of your application in progress. Click on the sections that are incomplete and fill in the required fields. For assistance please contact Dana Jones atjonesd3@covhs.org and she will gladly assist you. Once you have submitted your online application you must turn in all your application documentation (see Application tab on right) together before the deadline. If you would like to have your application documentation checked for completeness please attend one of our "Apply Together" sessions listed below.
