Community Outreach

As a values-based, nonprofit organization, Covenant Health System has an ongoing commitment to reach out to those in need within the communities we serve. Since the mid-1980s, our Community Outreach initiative has offered support to people who are underprivileged, uninsured or geographically isolated from conventional health care facilities.

We allocate 10 percent of our net bottom line to the Community Outreach Committee to use in programs that address unmet health care needs in our service area. Current programs include free or low-cost dental clinics for children, mobile health screening and family health care clinics, children’s health insurance, and other programs.
