Hospice of Lubbock

 Hospice of Lubbock is the first and most experienced hospice in our 19 county region.  Established in 1987 as the only hospice in the region at that time, Hospice of Lubbock remains today the only non-profit hospice in Lubbock County and one of only 2 non-profit hospices in the entire region of the South Plains.

Hospice of Lubbock is also the only pediatric and adult hospice in the region.
