  • Download and complete an Application for Internal Transfer/Promotion Form (forms also available outside of HR)
  • Submit the form (and resume, if applicable) to the attention of Saul Caballero at caballeros1@covhs.org , or fax to (806) 723-7189, or you can bring to Human Resources Department.  
  • The HR Team will forward to the hiring manager for consideration.

Nursing
