HealthTraxx - Education Assistance Program
We'd like to help you go to school. And we want you to work with us at Covenant Health System after you graduate.
If you want a job while you are in school, we'd like to provide that opportunity, plus employee benefits like paid time off, sick leave and medical insurance.
Healthtraxx provides financial assistance to students who want to work for Covenant Health System after graduation.

HealthTraxx will:
- Provide "extra pay" on your paycheck, plus employee benefits if you work for Covenant while you are enrolled in school.
- Provide additional tuition assistance at the end of each semester even if you are not currently an employee.
All you have to do is:
- Be admitted into one of the approved health care education programs
- Apply for other available financial assistance through local and federal grants, loans and scholarships
- Complete and submit your HealthTraxx application
- Attend school full time, pass your licensure/certification exams and obtain a job at Covenant Health System

- Covenant School of Nursing
- Professional Diploma (2-year program)
- Advanced Credit Program (1-year program for Vocational Nurses seeking to complete Professional Diploma Nursing Program)
- Covenant School of Radiology
- Covenant School of Surgical Technology
- South Plains College
- Associate Degree in Nursing (2-year program)
- Associate Degree in Nursing Advanced Placement (18-month program)
- Vocational Nursing (1-year program)
- Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2-year program Patty Hanks Shelton School of Nursing)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2-year program West texas A&M University)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2-year program)
- Any other B.S.N. program (with prior application and approval)
