Family Dental Clinic
Lubbock area residents can receive comprehensive dental care at reduced cost at Covenant Children’s Dental Clinic. These services, including oral screenings and sealants, are available to all children who are eligible for Medicaid or CHIP and adults and children who meet certain financial requirements.
Adult and child patients must financially qualify for services prior to obtaining an appointment. The cost of services will be based on the federal poverty guidelines.
Covenant's Adult & Children’s Dental Clinic is located at 4122 22nd Place, Suite D, Lubbock, Texas.
Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Mobile Services Program
Covenant’s Mobile Services program consists of two dental vans serving Texas. Mobile dental vans provide dental services for the rural, adult, indigent population within a 100-mile radius of Lubbock. The units are staffed by licensed dentists and experienced dental assistants. Professional services include fillings, extractions and other basic dental procedures. Clients must meet financial eligibility criteria. Denture program is also available.

Counseling services are available for individual, martial/relationship and family therapy to people of all ages in a safe and encouraging environment. As a Christian ministry of Covenant Health system, we understand that to be healthy we must address all three areas of our lives: body mind and spirit.

Diabetes Education Program
As epidemic proportions of diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic conditions increase we strive to reach and teach individuals and communities how to prevent or control chronic conditions in order to promote healthy individuals who in turn promote healthy communities.
