Health Children's Insurance Program

Covenant is a proud participant in the statewide TexCare Partnership to make affordable children's health insurance available. In addition to being a Children's Health Insurance Provider (CHIP) through FirstCare and its network of physicians in Lubbock and the surrounding areas, we are a member of the West Texas CHIP Coalition responsible for outreach and education.
