Affordable and reliable laboratory diagnostic testing is available for clients of the Community Health Center of Lubbock. For information, call 806.765.2645.

Nutritional and Dietary Services

Lubbock-area residents can work to improve their health through nutrition assessment, diet consultation, nutritional diabetes counseling, and cholesterol screening and counseling. For information, call 806.725.5218.

Prescription Assistance Program

Prescription assistance through Catholic Family Services is available for patients who cannot afford the cost of their medications and would otherwise go without. For information, call 806.725.5218.

Movement Therapy

Movement-impaired individuals can gain flexibility and build strength through a curriculum taught by a physical movement educator.
