Covenant Community Benefits Annual Report

As a values-based, nonprofit organization, Covenant Health has an ongoing commitment to reach out to those in need within the communities we serve. Since the mid-1980s, our Community Outreach initiative has offered support to people who are underprivileged, uninsured or geographically isolated from conventional health care facilities.
