Boot Camp for New Parents (aka Daddy Boot Camp®) is a unique father-to-father, community-based workshop that inspires and equips men of different economic levels, ages and cultures to become confidently engaged with their infants, support their mates and personally navigate their transformation into dads.

Covenant Children’s Hospital has received a generous grant from Kohl’s to be able to spread our mission of health – body, mind, and spirit for new parents. Starting in the month of April, are offering a New Parent Boot Camp for all of our communities expectant and new dads.

This is a free class, in a "locker room nursery," where veteran dads mentor rookie dads with their actual children.

All "new" and expectant parents are welcome. Dads attend the first 2 hours of the course and moms attend the last hour.
