Covenant Diabetes Support Group

Support Groups

Regular exercise should be a part of everyone's daily routine according to the health experts at Covenant. According to the American Diabetes Association, it is especially important to maintain the health of people living with diabetes. The Covenant Health Diabetes Support Group Meeting will focus on low-impact exercise tips and ideas for diabetics.

Support group attendees will learn various low-impact exercises from Hoffarth designed to keep the heart rate elevated. Following the presentation, the group is encouraged to take part in a roundtable discussion regarding any diabetes-related topic. This event is free and open to the community.
