That’s why Covenant Health System has chosen to offer all CHS employees the benefit of Best Upon Request, a trusted provider of concierge services that help make your life easier. When life gets hectic, Best Upon Request gives you back your valuable personal time to spend it as you choose.

Concierge Services — you name it.

Your wish is our command. We’ve done it all — retrieved and delivered a band instrument to a child at school, wrapped gifts, and picked up mail and groceries. Now, we are ready to do this for you. Just think of us as your partner in managing your busy life. You only pay for the costs of the goods and services you request. Covenant Health System takes care of the rest!

  • Best Upon Request is provided by Covenant Health System to all Lubbock CHS employees.
  • Before utilizing the service, fill out and sign the “Sign Me Up” form, available from HR and Guest Services, or on the S Drive.
  • We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master-Card, American Express and Discover. Credit cards make using the concierge service more convenient for you but are not required. Your credit card number on file is only used when prior permission is provided and is securely stored.
  • There is NO service fee* when you have Best Upon Request facilitate your requests.*If the concierge is performing a request for you that is more than 12 miles from Covenant 19th St. campus, you will be charged 50 cents per mile.
  • The concierge is not allowed to accept tips. The best tip a concierge can get is a high recommendation to a co-worker who has not yet used the service.

Concierge Q&A

Q: Who is eligible to use the concierge services?
A: You are. The concierge service is available to ALL employees.

Q: What about night shift employees?
A: You do not have to be on shift to use Best Upon Request. You must sign up in advance and present your badge.

Q: What will it cost me to use Best Upon Request?
A: Nothing. You are only responsible for the costs of goods and services purchased or expenses incurred during fulfillment.

Q: Are there any limitations to what I can request?
A: Our experienced and resourceful team has what it takes to get almost any request completed. Just ask! We will do our best to meet your needs.
