Patient Liaison

Covenant Health System’s Patient Liaisons are available to assist patients and their families with any non-medical question or concern. The goal of a Covenant liaison is to make your experience with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and to:

• Interpret, clarify and simplify the admission and discharge process for patients.
• Educate patients and staff about patient rights and responsibilities.
• Facilitate communication between patients, their family and their primary care physician.

Specific issues liaisons can help with may include quality of care, staff interactions, access to care, and general assistance and information. All interactions between patient and Liaison are kept confidential.
