This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a study medication for people with pain associated with osteoarthritis of the knee. To qualify, you must be 40 or older and be taking a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID). The research site is in Spring Valley, Calif.

This study will evaluate an investigational drug that combines aspirin with a second drug to prevent stomach ulcers. Participants will receive study-related medical care and diagnostic testing at no cost, and may be compensated for time and travel. The research site is in Raleigh, N.C.
