    Plastic and reconstructive surgery helps restore or improve function and appearance to children and adults with birth defects, disease, and traumatic injuries. The functional and social implications of this area of medicine are life changing and require a diverse set of skills to manage. Dr. Chen underwent additional fellowship training to bring this area of expertise also to the pediatric population and is dedicated to helping both children and adults improve the quality of their lives.
