Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Covenant Orthopedics offers patients a full range of rehabilitation services, including Joint Ranch, a special summer camp-like program for joint replacement patients and a complete outpatient therapy program at the Owens-White Rehabilitation Center. We also provide sports rehabilitation programs and specialized therapy for hand and upper extremity issues.

Our goals are many:

  • To build strength and endurance
  • To restore functional mobility
  • To improve performance of daily activities
  • To manage and diminish pain

Joint Ranch

At Covenant Orthopedics, we encourage our hip and knee replacement patients to take part in a special program called Joint Ranch. This unique program operates like a summer camp, helping patients to progress through the joint replacement experience in a group setting.

Campers participate in a pre-operative educational class at the Joint Ranch, then return after their surgery to participate in three to five days of group therapy and rehabilitation. A family member or friend acts as a coach throughout the process to ensure the patient has ample assistance once he or she returns home.

Find out if you're a good candidate for this unique program. Use our online tool to find a physician or contact Judy Lawley, Joint Ranch Coordinator, at 806.725.3646 for more information.

Owens-White Rehabilitation Center

At Covenant Orthopedics, all of our outpatient rehabilitation takes place at the Owens-White Rehabilitation Center. This full-service facility offers patients customized treatment plans using the latest therapies and most advanced technology.
