Live Longer, Give Stronger!
Covenant Health System extends an Invitation to area Small Business Owners to: Live Longer, Give Stronger! Live Longer, Give Stronger is a nutritional campaign designed to improve the health of community by creating a Circle of Giving. Small Business Owners* will receive free health screenings and nutritional education with the donation of 100 healthy food items to the South Plains Food Bank. Additional Nutritional Education provided by Covenant will be given along with the Healthy Food Items to the South Plains Food Bank recipients, thus creating the Circle of Giving. Custom-Tailored to Fit Your Needs
One size does not fit all. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Department is aware of this and has made it our philosophy to work with each company to find customized solutions through Heart Risk Appraisals and Corporate Plan Services. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Team features a staff of physicians, registered nurses, health educators, fitness specialists, registered dieticians and other health care professionals. While most services are offered at your work site, additional services and benefits may be obtained at Covenant Medical Center-Lakeside or one of the regional facilities affiliated with Covenant Health System.
Appraising Your Company's Health On-Site
Through basic medical history and family history risks, our work site health professionals can screen for an employee's current state of wellness and track wellness progression by monitoring family history, fitness status, nutrition status, current symptoms, stress levels, lifestyle habits such as smoking/alcohol/drug use, and implementation of safety precautions.
