Children's Dental Clinic

Children between the ages of six and 19 in the Lubbock area can receive comprehensive dental care at reduced cost at Covenant Children’s Dental Clinic. These services, including oral screenings and sealants, are available to all children who are eligible for Medicaid or meet certain financial requirements.

Patients must financially qualify for services prior to obtaining an appointment. The cost of services will be based on a sliding scale fee tied to the federal poverty guidelines.
Covenant's Children’s Dental Clinic is located at 4122 22nd Place, Suite D, Lubbock, Texas. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information about the clinic, call 806.725.5825.

For families in New Mexico, Covenant's Children's Dental Clinic also provides treatment to children in grades K–12. The clinic is located at 1103 Memorial Drive in Artesia, New Mexico and is available to Medicaid recipients and those who meet certain financial requirements. Mobile Services Program

Covenant’s Mobile Services program includes three vehicles: a mammography unit and two dental vans serving Texas.

The mobile mammography units provide mammography screenings within a 100-mile radius of Lubbock, for women age 40 and older. The units are staffed by specially trained, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists®-registered female X-ray technologists, and results are interpreted by board-certified radiologists. Financial arrangements can be made for women who cannot afford the established fees.

Mobile dental vans provide dental services for the rural, adult, indigent population within a 100-mile radius of Lubbock. The units are staffed by licensed dentists and experienced dental assistants. The mobile dental units and staffs visit nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities to provide dental care for housebound patients as well. Professional services include fillings, extractions and other basic dental procedures. Clients must meet financial eligibility criteria. For more information or to make an appointment, call 806.725.6579 or 1.800.388.6266.
