• Applications are accepted January 15--March 15 for Fall classes and July 15--September 15 for Spring classes--The form will be available during those periods.

• We have upgraded our entrance exam to TEAS V and will have information about registration available under the "Entrance Exam" tab to the right

 The application and reference form may be downloaded and printed from your computer. Your completed application with all other required documents and application fee can be mailed or hand delivered to:
