Commercial Insurance Plans

Covenant Health System accepts most of our region’s commercial insurance plans. However, because many of these plans have co-payments, deductibles and/or out-of-pocket expense policies, we encourage all our patients to familiarize themselves with their plan and ensure that they have satisfied all requirements before seeking care. Failure to do so can result in unexpected financial responsibilities.
