Covenant School of Nursing is Celebrating it's 90th Anniversary!

There is a GREAT story in today's Lubbock Avalanche-Journal (cover, section B) with historical photos, interviews with former students and current students.

"When what is now Covenant School of Nursing opened in 1918, nursing students couldn't get married, smoke or date.

Covenant's School of Nursing is 90 this year, and its history is as rich as it is long. Although it is not the oldest nursing school in Texas, it is the oldest hospital-based nursing school in the state."
