Due to COVID-19 protocol, everyone who enters Covenant School of Nursing will be required to wear a mask.

The Covenant School of Nursing and the Covenant School of Radiography are located in Lubbock, Texas – the site of Covenant Medical Center – the Southwest's preeminent medical center between Dallas/Fort Worth and Phoenix. With a county population of 250,000 and serving an area of 1.2 million people in the total region, Lubbock has the amenities of a large metropolitan area, including a large airport, great shopping and restaurants, and excellent public and private schools – yet it retains a wonderful "small town" atmosphere.

The city is home to four colleges and universities, including Texas Tech University, which adds much to our quality of life. Lubbock is often bustling with Big 12 Conference sporting events and a variety of cultural and academic activities.

Program graduation rate is defined as the number of students who complete the program within 150% of the stated program length.

The traditional program length is 64-weeks.The LVN-RN track length is 27- weeks.

Employment rates are determined by the number of graduates who have secured a job by the time of graduation.

Covenant School of Nursing is a member of Covenant Health, the region’s largest health system, servicing 62 counties throughout West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Covenant is home to more than 5,500 employees, with 4,500 of those working in Lubbock.
