Nurse Shadow Opportunities
Are you interested in observing a nurse at the largest hospital in West
Texas? You’ve come to the right place! Covenant Health offers observation
of our nursing staff located at Covenant Medical Center and Covenant Children’s.
Observation is open to students who are 16 years of age and older. For
students under the age of 18, you will be asked to submit a letter of
recommendation.
If you have an interest in the nursing field but may not be aware of all
the possibilities, observing helps orient you to the many ways you can
contribute to the community as a nurse. This is a great opportunity to
get firsthand experience on the day-to-day life of a Covenant Nurse!
Applications are accepted throughout the year for all observing opportunities.
