Dr. James P. Gutheil is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon with clinical expertise
in scoliosis, hip dysplasia, clubfeet, fractures and trauma, neurological
disorders and hand surgery. He is on the medical advisory board of the
Children’s Orthopedic Society, a charitable organization in Lubbock
providing support to children with orthopedic disorders and their families.
Dr. Gutheil completed his residency and internship in orthopedic surgery
from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, serving
as chief resident from 2004-2005. He completed a fellowship in pediatric
orthopaedic surgery in Orlando, Florida at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Gutheil is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
