Ahmad Sabouni, MD, is a board-certified neurologist and the lead practitioner at West Texas Neurology Clinic, in Lubbock, Texas. Born in Aleppo, Syria, Dr. Sabouni received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Aleppo School of Medicine. He then relocated to the US and completed his neurology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Following his residency, Dr. Sabouni worked as a general neurologist in Mesquite and Garland, Texas for 2 years. Then relocated to Lubbock, Texas to join Covenant Medical Group for over 14 years. Dr. Sabouni established West Texas Neurology Clinic to continue thriving to provide excellent neurological care to the community of west Texas and east New Mexico. Current Academic Appointments: - Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology, Texas Tech University School of Medicine, Lubbock, Texas ​Professional Certifications: - Board Certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Dr. Sabouni enjoys playing and watching soccer and traveling around the world.
