One size does not fit all. The Covenant Corporate Wellness Department has made it our philosophy to work with each company to find customized solutions. Our team includes physicians, registered nurses, health educators, registered dieticians and other health care professionals. While most services are offered at your work site, additional services and benefits may be obtained at Covenant Hospital Plainview or other affiliated Covenant Health facilities.
Through basic medical history and family history risks, our work site health professionals can screen for an employee's current state of wellness and track wellness progression by monitoring family history, fitness status, nutrition status, current symptoms, stress levels, lifestyle habits such as smoking, alcohol or drug use, and implementation of safety precautions.
