Employees and Staff,
My Name is Chris and I recently had a newborn daughter, and I wanted to share something I noticed. First off to validate my opinion I need to explain where I have been in life. I spent 16 years in the military, most of it overseas in combat operations and I saw a lot of trauma, and medical emergencies in result of brining PTs into the ORs. When I wasn't overseas I was stateside training up to go back over, or enjoying life as much as I could. However with my A type personality I played pretty hard, therefore spending a lot of time in ERs, and Hospitals, give you an idea, on separate occasions. I have had broken lower back, blown disks, crushed my C4 C5, shattered hip, blown knees, fractured facial, blunt force trauma multiple times to the head in resulting TBIs, Heat Stroke with a core temp of 105,GSW, broken ankles, dislocated shoulders, when super glue and duct tape couldn't close a wound I would get some stiches. I have been in a lot of hospitals to say the least, so I say this in all regard that you have some of the best staff I have ever been around. Their bedside manner, their ability to manage and diagnosis, to operate and communicate with the PTs or the parents in our case about what is going on. I cant say enough about the nurses, especially the nurses who take care of the babies in the NICU every day and night with their caring bedside mannerisms. The DRs who were and are still so friendly and helpful when we had questions, no doubt they were proficient and professional. Thank you so much with the help of this new baby and everything you have done for us.
Thank you
Chris
